An effort is underway to improve health in Louisville, the Kentucky General Assembly makes a move on restoring felon voting rights and the latest on the Corvette Museum sinkhole—we'll discuss these stories and more today on Byline.First up, Kentucky Public Radio's Jonathan Meador checks in from Frankfort on the latest in the 2014 legislative session.
