There was a chance of flurries before 9 a.m., also.Jefferson County Public Schools is on a two-hour delay Thursday. A handful of other school districts are closed. A wind chill advisory has been issued for Louisville and the surrounding area from 4 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, the National Weather Service said.
