Byline Today: Tobacco Farmers, Kentucky's Top Emergency Management Official Resigns and More

A state audit leads to the resignation of Kentucky's top emergency management official, the state of tobacco in the 21st Century and  the statewide approach for LGBTQ protections will be discussed today on Byline.The Courier-Journal's Tom Loftus will discuss the state auditor's report on allegations of misused public money by Kentucky Emergency Management.The agency's director resigned on Thursday.This week, Jason Howard wrote a piece in LEO Weeklylooking at state of fairness laws in Kentucky. He'll join host Rick Howlett to discuss his story.Rick also talks with Ann K.
