How Kentucky Legislators Voted on 'Religious Freedom,' Pensions and Hemp Bills

The Kentucky General Assembly was in session Tuesday to the last possible minute—that would be midnight—working on several key pieces of legislation. The most-discussed bills dealt with industrial hemp, funding for the state employee pension systems and "religious freedom."Each of those proposals were approved, in one form or another. (Related: Legislators call 2013 session a success.)You may want to know how your state representative and state senator voted (or all legislators, for that matter).  Below are lists of the people who voted "nay" on each bill—not to pick on them, but it's easier discern because there are fewer of them. I'll include links to the Legislative Research Commission's records so you can see the yeas for yourself.•The General Assembly approved legislation creating a regulatory framework for industrial hemp should the federal government lift its restrictions on the plant. Here's the full listof how legislators voted from the LRC.Senate no-votersRobinson(Not voting: Schickel, Stivers)House no-votersCollinsMeadeTurnerUpchurch(Not voting: Arnold, Bratcher, Couch, Henderson, Keene, Mayfield, Riggs, Stacy.)•The General Assembly overrode Gov.
