The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch until noon for Louisville and much of Central Kentucky.Tornado warnings were issued and passed in the 4 am hour.Jefferson County Public Schools are open and running on a normal schedule.New Albany-Floyd County Schools, Greater Clark County Schools and Clarksville Community Schools in Indiana are running on a two-hour delay Wednesday.
