Calling for reinforcements to reduce the debt in Washington, U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has cut an ad for Lewis County Judge-Executive Thomas Massie in the crowded Republican primary for Kentucky's Fourth Congressional District seat.The decision comes weeks after former U.S. Sen. Jim Bunning and Congressman Geoff Davis, who holds the seat but is retiring, backed state Rep. Alecia Webb-Edgington over Massie.
