The Clark Memorial Bridge has re-opened to traffic, following an accident that closed the bridge for about three hours.Witnesses say a truck collided with a car on the bridge this afternoon before 1 pm. Officials were forced to close both lanes on the bridge to clean up the wreckage.WHAS11 is reporting that one victim has died and two people are in critical condition at University Hospital.
