Jeffersonville police now say the Clark Memorial Bridge could reopen by 4pm this afternoon. Witnesses say a truck collided with a car on the bridge this afternoon before 1 pm. Officials were forced to close both lanes on the bridge to clean up the wreckage. The Courier-Journal is reporting that three people have been taken to University Hospital with critical injuries.The Kennedy Bridge is the only functioning bridge in the Louisville Metro until the Clark Memorial Bridge opens.
