Here's where we stand as Thursday dawns in Louisville and Southern Indiana. Officials say the traffic plan is working well and they don't plan significant changes. Our traffic notes:Clark Memorial Bridge:• Three lanes south, one lane north in the morning.• Two lanes south, two north in the eveningI-64 to Third Street is open. There's no access to the Kennedy Bridge from I-64 WB. Drivers must use I-71 or surface roads.No last-minute lane changes are allowed on the Kennedy to I-64 or I-71. The ramp from I-65 north to I-64 east is one lane in rush hours.Court Avenue ramp to 65 in Jeffersonville is closed in the morning.
