Kentucky's reliance on federal aid was the focus of a story this morning on the BBC News Hour. The reporter visited Republican Congressman Hal Rogers's eastern district and talked with a food bank visitor who had run out of options for food and was terrified that government services would be cut (about half of the food pantry's federal support will be pulled).
