Company officials are withholding comment until a conference call Tuesday morning, but in a statement, they attribute the gains to three areas: First, the Calder Casino in Florida, which opened at the beginning of last year; second, the acquisition of a wagering system website; and, third, growth of the official Churchill Downs wagering website, twinspires.com.The company also saw disappointments in 2010.
