Former President Bill Clinton stopped in Kentucky Monday to stump for Democratic Senate candidate Jack Conway.For about 30 minutes, Mr. Clinton discussed what he saw as the perils of Republican candidate Rand Paul's small government platform. He also spoke against outside groups such as Crossroads GPS that have run ads critical of Conway."When I was a boy, my mother told me, 'Bill, if you ever want to criticize somebody, you stand up, put your shoulders back, stand up, look them in the face, make sure they know your name and tell them what you disagree with. Don't sneak around in the back like a coward.'"This was Mr. Clinton's second time campaigning for Conway. He was recently in Lexington.The full speech:
