Winter Storm Update: 10am

Light snow continues to fall across the region, and the National Weather Service predicts it will taper off to flurries over the next hour or so. Reports of an inch of snow are common around the metro this morning.There's another band of snow that will move through the area late this morning or early this afternoon, causing some minor additional accumulation - perhaps another inch of snow.Because the ground temperatures have been so cold, the snow has accumulated on roads and other surfaces, so use caution when you're out and about today.
