The Fall Meet at Churchill Downs gets underway later today.Opening day is also the unveiling of a new feature of the fall meet, which is a spin-off of a Derby week favorite.Spokesperson Darren Rogers says it’s a seminar offered during morning workouts.“It’s the first of our Daybreak at the Downs seminars," says Roger. "We’ll be hosting something similar to what we do Derby Week, the popular Dawn at the Downs, except it will take place every Sunday, called Daybreak at the Downs.”Racing analyst Jill Byrnes will host the morning talks.Rogers says the Fall Meet with also feature a weekend to honor jockey Calvin Borel, who won this year’s Derby and Oaks.
