Your lawn probably looks green this time of year, but the real question is if it is green—or sustainable, that is. As our climate warms, our water sources dry up, and chemical pollutants seep into our soil and water. The newest trends in landscaping revolve around environmentally conscious choices that work to eliminate non-natural elements from your yard. Everything, from which plants you put in your yard to how you maintain them, affects both the local and global environments.
