Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman and California Congressman Henry Waxman has just convened a hearing on some of the Environmental Protection Agency's recent decisions. Waxman is accusing EPA chief Steven Johnson of ignoring science and the law when he issued decisions to lower ozone standards, deny California's petition to tighten emissions standards, an drag its feet on responding to a Supreme Court ruling on regulating carbon dioxide.
