Smillie's Picks - April

For his April 'picks'  Thomson talks with Jackie Rosky, past president of the Chamber Music Society of Louisville in regards to a concert at Margaret Comstock Hall at the University of Louisvillefeaturing the Carpe Diem String Quartetand the Euclid Quartet. The concert takes place on Sunday, April 15 at 3:00pm; with Melissa Bernstrom, Associate Producer of the Kentucky Author Forum. Their topic of conversation is the book  "In the Garden of Beasts" by Erik Larson. Mr. Larson will be at the Kentucky Center, Bomhard Theatre on Monday, April 16 at 6:00pm and with Stephen Klein, President and CEO of the Kentucky Center. They talk about the April 18 concert at the Kentucky Center with The Academy of St. Martin in the Fields.
