Join Kentucky Opera for a preview of the world premiere of the new opera ENEMIES, A LOVE STORY featuring Kentucky Opera’s Studio Artists, and the University of Louisville School of Music singers and musicians, on Lunchtime Classics (Wednesday, 12 pm). ENEMIES, A LOVE STORY, set in 1948 New York City, follows the post-Holocaust life of Herman Broder as he tries to understand his own desires, complicated family relationships and his loss of faith. It is based on the novel by Isaac Bashevis Singer.
The Lunchtime Classics concert series takes place at noon, Wednesdays at Classical 90.5 located at 619 S. 4th Street in downtown Louisville. Doors open at 11:45am.
