University of Louisville football coach Steve Kragthorpe says his team is ready for its season opener Sunday against Kentucky. Kragrthrope says despite a spate of pre-season injuries, the Cards have had a productive training camp."To use a golf illustration, there's a lot of guys that can hit it on the driving range, but then you got to go out on the first tee and hit it down the middle," Kragthorpe said at a Monday press conference. "We've been on the driving range, now we're going to get on the first tee and see how we play and see how guys respond when we turn on the lights and obviously put a lot of people in the stands and put this game on national television."Louisville had a record of 6-6 last season, with one of the losses coming at Kentucky. The Wildcats were 7-5 in the regular season and defeated Florida State in the Music City Bowl.Sunday's kickoff is 3:30pm at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
