With Stephin Merritt turning 50 this year, his band The Magnetic Fields will release a new album titled 50 Song Memoir. Each song in the project looks at a specific year in Merritt's life, which is certainly an original approach at the now frequent musician biography. The complete LP will find it's way to us early next year, but a sampler went up this morning, with this little gem, which snapshots 2013, wrapping up the tease.
