Our star for The Paws Report today at 3:30 pm is:
Midge, a beautiful 10-year-old Australian Shepherd/Finnish Spitz mix. She originally came to the Kentucky Humane Society because her owners, the family she'd known her whole life, could no longer care for her. Here at the Kentucky Humane Society, Midge has become a staff favorite. She’s great on a leash, appears to be house trained, and her silky soft fur makes petting her a terrific stress reliever. Midge really loves one-on-one attention! Midge is great with children and people of all kinds. In foster care she got along just fine with other older dogs, but we recommend a meet and greet to ensure Midge and your dog get along. Midge has some allergies that will require a special diet, but that hasn’t stopped this little girl from being a happy, loving dog. Midge is spayed, micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. Come meet this sweet girl at the Kentucky Humane Society’s Main Campus, 241 Steedly Drive. For more information on Midge and our other adoptable pets, please call 502-366-3355 or visit kyhumane.org.
