A couple months back we debuted the new tune from Neon Indian called Deadbeat Summer. At the time, there wasn't a lot of info on the group that DC9 calls, "a pretty cool sun-drenched sound--kinda like the audio equivalent of the visuals in Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" video, only not as nightmarish and much poppier than that description would imply." We've since learned that its basically a few members of Dallas' VEGA, just doing something a bit different than their regular gig. Its cool, we're listening.
