Louisville Public Media Welcomes New Board Members

Louisville Public Media welcomes Tyler N. Allen, Gail R. Becker, and Andrew J. Simon as new members to the Board of Directors. The LPM Board of Directors acts as stewards of a public trust and ensure the long-term financial stability, sustainable growth, and value of the organization.

Tyler N. Allen is President and co-founder of USA Image Technologies. Allen has served on a number of boards including the Center for African-American History, Center for Interfaith Relations, and the Louisville Chapter American Red Cross. He has been recognized on Business First's 2000 Louisville "40 under 40" and is a 2003 graduate of Leadership Louisville.

Gail R. Becker is Executive Director Emeritus of the Kentucky Science Center, where she served from 1991 to 2008. Becker is a member of Leadership Louisville, the Rotary Club of Louisville and is on the board of directors of the Louisville Committee on Foreign Relations. She also served on the board of the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation and the Arts and Cultural Economic Council.

Andrew Simon is Vice President, Director of Total Rewards and HR Strategy at Brown-Forman Corporation. He previously served as Vice President, Director of Global Compensation. He joined Brown Forman from Whirlpool Corporation, where he was director of Executive and International Compensation.
