89.3 WFPL News will host a public forum to discuss, “The Shift to Career Ready: What this Means for Students and the Role of Private Business,” on Wednesday, October 9 at 6:00 p.m. Panelists include Debbie Anderson, from the JCPS Career and Technical Education department; James Stone, Director of the National Research Center for Career & Technical Education at University of Louisville; and Tom Hudson, CEO and President of Nth Works, a company working with JCPS.
Moderated by Education Reporter, Devin Katayama, the forum will take place in the Louisville Public Media performance studio, located at 619 South Fourth St. Portions of the conversation will broadcast on 89.3 WFPL and available online at WFPL.org following the event.
