Soon, you'll get a parking ticket for not paying Louisville meters on Saturdays.The city has for years had laws requiring motorists to feed the meters on Saturdays, but the Parking Authority of River City rarely enforced the rules, PARC said in a news release Friday. PARC is changing thatβand it's also increasing meter rates.Starting in September, motorists who don't pay meters on Saturdays will get tickets, PARC said. Next month, PARC will distribute notices advising people of the impending enforcement change.
