Byline Today: Rand Paul's Plagiarism Troubles, Hugh Haynie Exhibition and College Hoops

This week, Rand Paul addressed the plagiarism found in his speeches and writing, the Frazier History Museum prepared an exhibition showcasing the work of the late editorial cartoonist Hugh Haynie and the sports world's eyes turned toward the new college basketball season.We'll talk about these stories and more this afternoon on Byline.Sen.
