By Rick HowlettThe University of Louisvlle Cardinals baseball team can capture the NCAA Regional they're hosting with a victory Sunday.The Cards defeated Vanderbilt 7-1 Saturday to put themselves in positition to capture the four-team tournament and move on to the NCAA Super Regional. They'll play the winner of Vanderbilt and Southern Illinois game at Sunday in the double-elimination event.The Louisville Regional is being played at U of L's Jim Patterson stadium.
