Kentucky natives and Forecastle 2017 artists Cage the Elephant have been toying around with their own songs on their most recent tour, and it's now resulted in a new album. Unpeeled, set to release July 28, captures their catalog in a new light, with orchestra and tempered arrangements, and was recorded live while on the US run. Aside from the 18 originals, there are thee covers, one of which is a faithful take on the Wreckless Eric classic Whole Wide World, a surefire singalong on their upcoming stop at Forecastle.
