89.3 WFPL News presents a conversation with Dan Gorenstein on Thursday, May 14 at 6:00 p.m. at the Whiskey Row Lofts in the Baron’s Theater at 131 West Main Sreet. Gorenstein is the senior health reporter for American Public Media’s Marketplace--the nation’s mostly widely heard business news program with more than 12 million weekly listeners across 800 public radio stations.
His reporting focuses on the business of healthcare and he will discuss his latest work exploring how healthcare providers and insurance companies are spending more time looking at patients’ non-medical needs. Gorenstein will be interviewed by WFPL Health Reporter Ja’Nel Johnson.
