Kyle Meredith With... is an interview series in which WFPK's Kyle Meredith speaks to a wide breadth of musicians. Meredith digs deep into the artist's work to find out how the music is made and where their journey is going, from legendary artists like Robert Plant, Paul McCartney, U2, and Bryan Ferry, to the newer class of The National, St. Vincent, Arctic Monkeys, Haim, and Father John Misty.

  • Nick Robinson and Juan Carlos Fresnadillo join Kyle Meredith to talk about the new Millie Bobby Brown-fronted Netflix film, Damsel. Fresnadillo, the film's director, talks of flipping traditional fairytale storytelling upside down, working with the actors, and pulling off nearly half-hour-long shots of Brown. They're in very uncomfortable positions, and they're wearing all this makeup, and have to get in earlier than us in the morning and leave later than us at night. That's the hardest job on that show."
