Jeffersonville businessman Trey Hollingsworth defeated four opponents in the May primary to capture the Republican nomination for Congress in Indiana’s 9th district, which covers much of Southern Indiana.
Now he faces Democrat Shelli Yoder and Libertarian Russell Brooksbank in the race for the seat held by Republican Todd Young, who’s running for U.S. Senate.
Hollingsworth is owner of Hollingsworth Capital Partners, which rehabilitates warehouses and manufacturing sites around the country. I spoke with him recently about his candidacy.
Listen to the audio in the player above.
On Monday, we heard from Yoder. And on Wednesday, we’ll hear from Libertarian candidate Russell Brooksbank.
