The Louisville branch of the NAACP on Tuesday night will award 12 Louisville students more than $17,000 in scholarships.
The group is holding its annual Scholarship Awards Program at the West Chestnut Street Baptist Church in west Louisville. This year, the NAACP partnered with McDonald's, which is providing $10,000 worth of scholarships.Funding for the other scholarships comes from the Salome C.
