Earlier: The Louisville area may get a half-inch of ice and three to seven inches of snow through Monday morning, the National Weather Service said.The weather service is warning of hazardous driving conditions, "substantial" tree damage and downed power lines with the winter storm.The winter storm is moving southeast. Freezing rain is expected to begin in southern Indiana early Sunday and to reach Louisville sometime around 9 a.m., the weather service said.
