With the potential for bursts of snow, Louisville and the surrounding area are under a winter weather advisory until 2 a.m. Friday. Because of this, Jefferson County Public Schools is canceling all after-school activities for Thursday evening.Louisville has a 50-percent chance of snow before 5 p.m., which could lead to accumulation of less than a half-inch, the National Weather Service said.
