WFPL will carry NPR's special live coverage Monday as President Obama is sworn in to his second term in office in Washington, D.C.Special coverage begins at 10 a.m. with Steve Inskeep and Audie Cornish hosting from the west front of the U.S. Capitol, site of the inauguration ceremony. NPR's White House correspondents, Ari Shapiro and Scott Horsley, will join them.The ceremony is scheduled to begin at noon Monday. Afterward, starting at 2 p.m., Neal Conan will host a call-in show during Talk of the Nation.
