Donnelly had been reporting lackluster fundraising totals for a Senate candidate during the primary, which worried state Democrats.He raised a meager $312,000 during the first quarter.Donnelly campaign spokeswoman Elizabeth Shapell told WFPL they will be releasing the full report later this week, but declined to comment on the cash on-hand total.The Mourdock campaign has not announced their second quarter fundraising totals.UPDATE: The Donnelly campaign confirmed with WFPL that the congressman has $1.3 million in cash on-hand.
