Here's a rundown of what was discussed today on Byline, our weekly roundtable news discussion.1:06pm: The homicide of a Churchill Downs worker on Derby Day has raised questions about the culture of backside work at racetracks. Frank Agrinsoni is the backstretch activities coordinator for Churchill Downs, where he works with the Kentucky Thoroughbred Association and the Horsemen's Protective and Benevolent Association. He joins us to talk about the lives of backside workers. Devin Katayama recently reported on immigrant workers at the racetrack. We'll listen to his piece and he'll tell us what he learned.1:23pm: WFPL's Phillip M. Bailey and NPR's Liz Halloran talk about the defeat of Senator Richard Lugar after 36 years on the Indiana Senate.1:28pm: WFPL's Erica Peterson explains the possible utilities merger, and coal reclamation bonds. Devin Katayama and Phillip M. Bailey have the latest on Occupy Louisville, and Devin will also give us an update on the initiative to boot cars with unpaid parking tickets.1:40pm: KPR's Kenny Colston joins us with the latest on the managed care kerfuffle in Frankfort.1:45pm: Ky Dickens is the director of "Sole Survivor," a film about sole survivors of plane crashes. She talks to WFPL's Rick Howlett about the film and the experiences of the survivors she met.1:50pm: WFPL's Erin Keane joins us with a look at this week in the arts, including a giant golden statue you may have noticed at the corner of Main and 7th Streets.
