Actors Theatre Apprentice Showcase Celebrates Food

There’s just over a week left in the Humana Festival of New American Plays at Actors Theatre of Louisville. While most of the parts in the festival’s ten world premieres are played by professional actors, every year Actors Theatre commissions playwrights to create a showcase production for the theater’s acting apprentices to perform.This year’s showcase “Oh, Gastronomy!” is a celebration of the pleasures and paradoxes of food.
