Indiana Senate Revises Smoking Ban

The Indiana Senate has voted to exempt bars and charitable gaming operations from a proposed smoking ban.The measure is expected to go up for a full vote tomorrow. The Indiana House has already passed a ban that exempts casinos, private clubs and tobacco stores, but anti-smoking advocates say the Senate's revisions weaken the legislation too much.
