This week, patients taking certain kinds of birth control pill found out they may be at risk for unplanned pregnancy. Drug company Pfizer said a mislabeling problem lead to inactive, placeholder pills to be put out of order within the packaging, so women could be taking the non-functioning medicine at the wrong time of the cycle.
