Legislative business in the Indiana House was stalled again this afternoon as most Democrats did not show up for a 1:30pm quorum call.Much of the Democratic caucus walked out of the chamber last night when Republican Speaker Brian Bosma cut off debate on a controversial right-to-work bill. The measure would prohibit labor unions at private companies from collecting mandatory representation fees.Bosma said he would try again to establish a quorum at 3:30pm, adding he hadn't received any messages from the Democratic caucus. The Indiana Senate passed its version of a “right-to-work” measure last night.
