Appearing on Fox News Sunday, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., predicted a plan to extend the payroll tax cut for workers will receive significant bipartisan support.The Republican leader was a cheerleader for the GOP plan unveiled in the House on Friday, which has tied the tax relief to the controversial Keystone pipeline approval.
