A sports merchandise company has begun hiring hundreds of seasonal workers at its Louisville fulfillment center.Fanatics is an online retailer of jerseys and other apparel for various professional sports leagues.Human Resources Manager Doug James says the company is hiring about 500 full-time employees to work through the Super Bowl in February."If they come to our location at 9205 National Turnpike in Fairdale between 9-4, we will give them an on-site interview and possibly offer them a job if they have all the qualifications we’re looking for."James says it’s possible that some employees could be offered permanent jobs. Hourly pay begins at $9.00.
