Louisville Orchestra musicians without a contract since May, multiple concerts cancelled, salvos fired by management and musicians, all with little to no progress made: it's 2011, but we've been here before. And the longer each negotiation cycle goes on, the more one wonders about the level of community interest. Are passionate patrons and casual concert-goers paying attention and holding their interest, or do they fatigue of the long, drawn-out process and turn their attention - and ticket purchases - elsewhere?We discussed those questions Friday on State of the News.
