Redistricting Expert Gerald Hebert: Today on Here and Now

Attorney Gerald Hebert is an expert in redistricting issues. Louisville Metro Government contracted Hebert to review and make recommendations on the 26 proposed redistricting maps. He recently finished his review and reported to Metro Government that the maps fairly represent minorities in the community.On Here and Now today, Hebert spoke with WFPL’s Devin Katayama about voting polarization in Louisville and elsewhere.
