Speaking on the House floor Tuesday, U.S. Rep. John Yarmuth, D-Ky., denounced the Tea Party-backed "Cut, Cap and Balance" plan introduced by congressional Republicans.The congressman said for the past few years people have been chanting to "take our country back" and the GOP proposal takes the federal budget to 1966 by shredding the safety net and punishing the poor.Check it out:
