Today at 2pm, the Louisville Metro Ethics Commission will deliberate the second complaint against Councilwoman Judy Green, with the embattled lawmaker facing potential removal from the council in the coming weeks.The charges in this second case were filed earlier this year by community activist Ed Springston.
