School's out, and it's the time of year when many people are looking for a job for the summer. Today we're looking at what their prospects might be. In the post-recession economy, more older workers are taking the low-wage jobs that used to be the staples of teen employment. People are also retiring later, which may mean a decrease in open entry-level positions. How do these factors affect young workers? And what about those young people for whom finding a job is a matter of survival - not just extra spending money until school starts in the fall?
