Judy Green Hearing Midday Update [Audio]

We checked in with Political Editor Phillip M. Bailey during Here and Now today.  Bailey was at the old Jefferson County Courthouse covering the hearing of Metro Council woman Judy Green. This is her second ethics hearing in a four-week period.At the heart of this hearing are allegations that Green violated metro council rules by instructing a non-profit group to reroute $5,600 in city funds to other agencies at her discretion.  Listen to Philip's update below.
