The Kentucky Derby Disqualification of 1968

It's an anomaly from the Kentucky Derby history books:  the one instance in nearly 140 years where the winning horse was subsequently disqualified.  The horse was Dancer's Image, and today - over 40 years later - questions still linger about the odd circumstances. Veteran turfwriter and equine law expert Milton Toby writes about this race in his new book, Dancer’s Image: The Forgotten Story of the 1968 Kentucky Derby, and he spoke with Todd Mundt today on Here and Now.
